Pupil Wellbeing Activity Booklet
This booklet contains 28 different activities pupils can participate in at home in order to improve their mood, try out new things and take more ownership over their mood. The aim is for pupils to complete various activities and maybe even discover new hobbies and interests.
The back page of the booklet contains a checklist which allows pupils to log which of the activities they have/haven’t tried.
The booklet has been uploaded as a Publisher file so it can be adapted to include more activities and your school branding inserted.
